Talking “green” can help political candidates win votes, according to a Stanford University study. Most politicians seem to tiptoe around issues like climate change, if not outright deny its existence. But the study finds that the majority of Democrats and Independents will vote for a candidate who takes a green stance, while Republicans remain largely agnostic on those issues.
