Lunch can create a surprising amount of waste, what with all those plastic baggies, disposable napkins, and other packaging. But there’s a movement afoot to have a “zero-waste lunch.” It basically involves packing food in reusable containers and avoiding plastics that with repeated washes might leach out chemicals. Businesses are taking advantage of the opportunity to create products for such a market.
